Among the Stars Foundation

There is something so peaceful and hopeful about sitting outside on a clear night and gazing at the stars. It is grounding and humbling and fills you with gratitude. When we first moved into our home at Blue Star farm, we would put the children to bed and sit outside to soak in the quiet of our 62 acres and express our gratitude “among the stars.” We would also take the time to remember our dear friend, Tyler, who passed away in 2002 following a complicated, life-saving lung transplant and lifelong battle from Cystic Fibrosis.

The Among the Stars Foundation at Blue Star Farm is focused on supporting the health, education and stability of children in the greater Baltimore area. By hosting unique fundraising events to support pediatric centers at one of the local hospitals or supporting organizations focused on mental health and education of children, the mission of the Among the Stars Foundation is to give hope, love and the promise of a brighter future for local children and their families.

Santa on the Farm

Thank you to all that came out to celebrate our Santa on the Farm event.

It was a great time and we are so happy to be able to support the Among the Stars Foundation and Johns Hopkins Children's Center for Child Life Services

2020 Inaugural Santa on the Farm event to benefit the Hackerman-Patz House at Sinai Hospital was a huge success and so much fun!
